To get in possession of your money, you will have to request a withdrawal.

This can be done very simply, in a couple of minutes!

Here is what you need to do:

1. Go into your account at Payments - Withdraw.

2. Select the desired method and fill in the details:

3. Insert the amount you wish to withdraw:

4. Job done! Just wait for it to get approved.

Note: Changing the details of a withdrawal method (for example, changing the Paxum address to a different Paxum address) will be applied to future withdrawal requests and not to ones that have already been submitted and have pending status.
