How to navigate the SkyPrivate Chat (SP Chat) as a Member?

The SkyPrivate app is easy to use and intuitive.

By clicking on the left side corner, you will access your account menu, where you can find:

  • Your SkyPrivate username

  • The email linked to your SkyPrivate account

  • Your current account balance

  • A link to add funds.


Once you click on a model, a chat will automatically open in the SkyPrivate app, allowing you to communicate directly.

Model information in the chat

Inside the chat, you will be able to see:

  • The model’s status:

    • Active now – available for calls

    • Offline – not available

    • Busy – currently in another show

Note:
If the model is busy, you can still send messages, but you won’t be able to call her until she becomes Active again.


Right-side panel options

On the right side, you will find:

  • The model’s avatar

  • The Call button (to start a show)

  • A Profile button (to view the model’s profile)

  • The price per minute

  • The minimum call duration (if set by the model)


Chat and tipping options

At the bottom of the chat:

  • You can type messages to the model

  • You will find the tip menu (orange emoji), where you can send predefined tip amounts

Note:

  • Custom tip amounts are only available during a call.


Important Information

Please note the following about the SkyPrivate chat app:

  • Chats cannot be deleted

  • Messages cannot be deleted or edited

  • You can only have the SkyPrivate Chat (SP Chat) open in one single instance at a time (either in your browser or in the app, not both simultaneously)

  • Your camera, microphone, and speaker settings can only be accessed while you are in a call.

To manage them:

  1. During the call, click on the blue settings button

  2. From there, you will be able to access and adjust:

    • Microphone settings

    • Camera settings

    • Speaker settings
