🚨IMPORTANT: You will need to reconnect your Telegram account on SkyPrivate - even if you've used it before for prepaid calls.
To connect with members through Telegram, follow these quick steps:
1. Go to your SkyPrivate account
Navigate to Settings >> Services
2. Configure Telegram
Click Configure to the right of the Telegram option.
3. Enter your phone number
Add your full phone number, including the country code, ex: +44321332123
4. Check for the code
Open your Telegram app and look for a message containing a 5-digit verification code.
5. Enter the code and save
Add the code in the field and click Save. (Make sure to add the correct code)
6. Verify the connection
After saving, your Telegram username should appear in place of your phone number. (You might need to refresh the page.)
That’s it! Telegram is now linked to your SkyPrivate account and you're ready to connect with members.
How do I interact with the bot to update my visibility?
To change your visibility status on SkyPrivate via Telegram:
Open the direct chat with the SkyPrivate bot (ppmInfo Bot)
2. Type the command /status
3. Click on "Change Availability to online" button
Note: To be displayed offline, repeat the same process and click on "Change Availability to offline"
This will toggle your visibility between online and offline, and the change will be reflected on your SkyPrivate profile.
What if I accidentally deleted the chat with the SkyPrivate bot?
Don’t worry, you can easily get access to the bot.
Open your Telegram app
Use the search bar at the top
Type: ppmInfo Bot
Tap on the result, and a new chat with the bot will appear.
What if I received a message saying someone logged into my Telegram account?
This alert appears because the SkyPrivate bot uses secure servers (often Linux-based and located in countries like France) to connect with your Telegram account with your permission. This is expected and completely safe.
