How can I change or reset my password for my SkyPrivate account?

Keeping your password secure is essential for protecting your SkyPrivate account. Below are the different ways you can change or reset your password.


Changing your password

You can easily change your password after logging in to your SkyPrivate account by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your SkyPrivate account

  2. Go to Settings → Account

  3. Click Change Password

  4. Enter your current password for verification

  5. Set a new secure password of your choice

Tip: Choose a strong password that is memorable for you but hard for others to guess.


Resetting a forgotten password

If you’ve forgotten your password or cannot log in, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Forgot password?.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.

  3. Click Submit.

  4. Check your inbox or spam folder for an email with the password information.

Once you have regained access, you can further personalize your password as described above in "Changing your password."
