How the booking system (calendar) works?

By setting up your booking schedule, you let members know exactly when you’re available. This adds professionalism, avoids missed requests, and helps you manage your time better.

How do I set up my booking schedule?

You can easily manage when members can book shows with you by setting your own availability in the Calendar.

1. Access your Calendar

  • Go to your account dashboard

  • In the left menu, click on Calendar, and Schedule

2. Select your availability

  • Open the Schedule tab

  • Choose the time slots you want to make available for bookings

3. Booking button on your profile

Once you set your schedule, a “Select a day to ask for a SkyPrivate date” button will appear on your public profile.

Members can then:

  • Pick the day and time that suits them

  • Send a booking request

You’ll be notified both in your account and by email whenever there’s a request.

4. Accepting a booking

  • You can accept or decline each request by clicking here.

  • If accepted, make sure to be online at the agreed time and provide the show as scheduled

Your availability is based on the timezone set in your account. Please double-check it under:  Settings ⇒ Account ⇒ Contact details
