Setting the correct timezone is essential to keep your statistics accurate and ensure members can book shows with you without errors. With the right timezone, all your transactions, call times, and bookings will display correctly, helping you avoid scheduling mistakes and miscommunication.
Without a timezone set:
Your stats may display incorrect data
You won’t be able to set a schedule,
Members won’t be able to book you in advance - Transactions and payments may show incorrect times, leading to confusion.
Incorrect timezone settings may result in appointment booking errors.
How to update your timezone
Go to Settings
Select Account
Navigate to Contact Details
Find the Timezone option and select your correct region/location
Click Save
Once saved, all times in your account (calls, transactions, bookings, and stats) will reflect your correct timezone.
Tip: When checking your statistics, simply select the dates you want to review from the top-right corner of your dashboard.
