A screenshot is simply an image of what is displayed on your screen.
If our Support Team asks you for a screenshot, please follow the steps below.
Windows 10 & Windows 11
Step 1: Open the Snipping Tool
Click the Windows button or press the Windows key on your keyboard.
Type Snipping Tool.
Open the Snipping Tool application.
Step 2: Create a Screenshot
Click New.
Click and drag your mouse to select the area you want to capture.
Release the mouse button to take the screenshot.
Step 3: Save the Screenshot
Once the screenshot opens in the Snipping Tool window, click File → Save As.
Choose a location on your computer and save the image.
Step 4: Send the Screenshot
After saving the screenshot, attach it to your message in Live Chat or send it by email to our Support Team.
Note: The images shown in this guide were taken on a Windows 10 computer, but the steps are nearly identical in Windows 11.
Mac
Capture Part of Your Screen
Press Command (⌘) + Shift + 4.
Your cursor will change into a crosshair.
Click and drag to select the area you want to capture.
Release the mouse button or trackpad to take the screenshot.
Capture the Entire Screen
Press Command (⌘) + Shift + 3.
A screenshot of your entire screen will be taken automatically.
Find Your Screenshot
By default, screenshots are saved to your Desktop.
Send the Screenshot
Attach the screenshot to your message in Live Chat or send it by email to our Support Team.
