1. Why must these rules be respected?

The rules have the purpose of protecting both the company and the users. Each one of the rules has the role of making sure everyone is welcome in a safe environment.

2. What are the rules?

The rules you need to carefully read and respect are the Code of Conduct, the Model Agreement, and the Terms and Conditions.

3. The rules are arbitrarily chosen by a mean guy?

Not at all. The rules are designed by the legal department to respect the international laws in partnership with the payment processors and with the competent authorities that regulate the activity. As an example, MasterCard updated its requirements and imposed new regulations to prevent illegal adult content. We fully support their measurements and we aligned our procedures with their new requirements.

"No mean guys" are allowed to make a decision.

4. What are the consequences?

Depending on the kind of breach you made, you will be penalized. In general, you will receive a warning and know what you risk if the situation repeats. However, you should know that there are some situations where we will show no tolerance. Child pornography attempted fraud or violence of any kind were not and will not be tolerated.

5. Am I in danger?

Of course not. As long as you make sure you will respect the rules and you decide to work with us, we will do everything in our power to keep you safe and to continue our collaboration as long as the Earth is spinning.

6. Who is monitoring the rules?

The CEQ department. This stands for the Customer Experience Quality department and its mission is to create a pleasant environment. The department is resolving moderation issues on the site, resolving the reports of the users and many other specific things, and all of this within 3 business days, but they do their best to come with a reply, usually, under 24 hours (excepting weekends and holidays).
