You can now easily record a preview video on your profile using your iPhone and Mac.

If you're using a Mac with macOS 12.3 Monterey or later, follow these steps to set it up:

Important: Please ensure you follow the steps carefully so that the plugin can detect the necessary software for using your phone’s camera to record the video.

Step 1: Download the CAMERA HUB App

First, download the CAMERA HUB app from the following link: CAMERA HUB Download

Make sure to select your operating system (Mac) to download the correct version.

Step 2: Download the EpocCam App

Next, download the EpocCam app from the App Store on your iPhone.

Step 3: Connect Both Apps to the Same Wi-Fi Network

After installing both apps, open them on your devices. Ensure that both your iPhone and your Mac are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

Important: Disconnect from any VPN, as this may interfere with the connection.

Once both apps are connected to the same network, they will automatically link.

Step 4: Sync the Apps

Once the apps are linked, the video feed from your iPhone’s camera will appear in the application window on your c.

Step 5: Record Your Preview Video

Now, open the plugin and select the option to record a preview video. You should see Elgato listed as a virtual camera in the plugin.

Select Elgato as your camera source, then click on “Start recording” to begin recording using your phone's camera.
