As you may have already noticed, all transactions you made so far when adding funds to your SkyPrivate account are fully secure. For these transactions to be made, we work with bank systems and payment processors, that requiring doing a certain verification process at some point. Our verification process procedure is a legally-compliant remote identification process, designed to comply with the latest banking regulations and laws, as well as the Anti Money Laundering Act (AML).
What will happen in fact?
You will receive an error message in your SkyPrivate account when you want to add funds, with the recommendation of contacting our Support Department, as you can see in the picture below.
What do you need to do?
Don't worry, it's nothing complicated. We will need you to send us 2 pictures in order to validate your account:
1. A photo, or more if it is the case, of the credit card(s) you used. Please cover the first 12 digits of the card's number. We only want to see the last 4 digits and the name written on the card, as in the picture below:
2. A photo of your National ID / Driving licence / Passport. Please cover everything except your name and the expiry date, as in the picture below:

How do you know if/when your account was verified?
Usually, the verification process takes less than 24 hours. However, in special cases, the process may take up to 7 days. During the verification process, we will keep you updated by sending you emails whenever we have news for you.
