If you prepaid for a show but did not receive the service, here’s how you can resolve the situation and request a refund if necessary:
1. Try to resolve directly with the Model
Politely ask the model to reschedule the show or refund the payment.
If the model agrees, they can contact SkyPrivate Support to process the refund.
If the model does not respond or refuses, move to the reporting step.
2. File a report with SkyPrivate
Log in to your SkyPrivate account.
Go to the model’s profile, click the three dots, and select “Report a problem”, or use this link: [How to Report a Model].
Select the reason (e.g., “Prepayment” or “No show”).
Upload evidence (up to 5 files per submission):
Screenshots of your agreement or conversation.
Payment confirmation.
The model’s username or ID (Teams, Discord, or Telegram).
Deadline: Reports must be submitted within 72 hours of the payment.
3. Investigation & Resolution
The Quality Team will review your report and reply within 2 business days (extensions may apply if more evidence is needed).
